fix weird file paths, also use figure builtins
unfiy all file names
- Use - instead of _ (as this seems popular)
drop usages of raw html where possible
ensure most internal links are built using ref (to prevent link rot)
link to blog entries directly from "termine" page (to keep things simple)
drop leftovers of "trollette"
