I noticed there are links onto pdf files below /docs on the index page.
While updating the pdf files in !22 I broke the links there.

Now I've renamed those files (without the date) - in future they may (hopefully) only be replaced using the same name.
Ensures this does not happen again.

• Drop the date prefix
• Use unified "dezentrale-" prefix (not as suffix)
• Fix broken links onto pdf files on index page
  • Introduced in ae0e1980fb
