Do not promote the IRC channel anymore
...
Reasons:
- freenode is now officially™ evil
- nobody of our core members is inside this channel
- some visitor told us last week, that mentioning of IRC on
our page is very confusing, when we actually only use matrix

Use a better image for the logo on the main page
...
- do not construct it via two separate svg images and glue it together
with css magic
- simplify the existing custom css
- make the existing `centered` class also listen to block elements
- use the correct text color instead of a black logo color
